The company's solutions, products, and services are actively used by the top 100 Pharma and Life Science companies.At Viseven, our rapidly growing team boasts over 700 highly skilled professionals, including experts in development, design, business analysis, project management, delivery, sales, marketing, and customer success.With a global footprint in more than 30 countries across the US, LATAM, Europe, and APAC, and physical offices in Ukraine, Poland, Estonia, India, and the US, we are well-positioned to serve our diverse clientele.Join us and become part of a pioneering team dedicated to shaping the future of digital transformation in Pharma and Life Sciences across more than 50 countries around the globe.Role description:Viseven is looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Primary Sales to ensure the continued development of new business within the US and LATAM regions.Responsibilities:Build a sales strategy for the Americas in line with the Company vision, drive strategy execution, growth opportunities, and strong revenues.Become a leader and most trusted Pharma partner in the Life Science Industry by providing best-in-class technological products, solutions, and services with best-practice methodology relevant to the region.Oversee and leverage the sales process of the key Clients within the region, personally engage with the potential Clients, and close the opportunities.Be responsible for the growth of the key accounts within the region to become strategic and be handed over to the Strategic Accounts department.Expand footprint by identifying new opportunities and scaling the client onboarding process.Mentor & sponsor personally the entrusted accounts/deals, being the most senior person on these - supporting the respective AD/AE.Build a high-performance team in the dedicated Region by providing strong leadership, direction, and guidance.Ensure efficient sales tactics' realization, develop and oversee the KPIs fulfillment of the Sales team, and set proper rhythm and rigor of the sales team.Develop weekly/monthly/annual sales targets for the region, and ensure their achievement.Ensure the selection, motivation, and retention of the best talents in the team, and ensure that the team's capabilities are applied to the fullest.Coordinate the sales team efforts with the SDR and marketing to make sure the strategy and tactics of market awareness and outreach are realized.Required skills & knowledge:At least 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant position with a MarTech provider, consultancy firm, or client company within the domain.Experience in B2B products, services, solutions, and software sales with long sales cycles.Knowledge and understanding of business development, sales, account or product management.Knowledge of Pharma Client standard ecosystem: CRM/CLM (Veeva, IQVia, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle, etc.) and marketing automation solutions (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign, etc.), DAM systems (Dropbox, etc.), BI systems (Power BI, etc.) and others.Ability to learn and retain new information quickly.Ability to handle multitasking productively.Advanced communication and presentation skills.Great team player: optimistic, organized, flexible, helpful.Experience in working with CRM systems.English language proficiency.Will be considered as a strong competitive advantage:Knowledge of foreign languages other than English.Experience in marketing, omnichannel promotion & medical marketing; a pharma marketing background would be a benefit.Senior managerial experience, minimum 3 years.Accountability for and achieving the business goals (e.g., account growth, profit, satisfaction, etc.).Solid and defensible accounts & region plans building, understanding of budgeting, and reporting on sales progress.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.A Master’s Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar relevant field will be an advantage.What we provide:We know our team members are key to achieving our goals, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
