This Principal Product Manager with a passion for Data & AI sits on the Insurtech Team and will help shape the future of the travel insurance industry.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions in the insurtech space. As the Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to deliver game-changing products.Responsibilities:
AI Product Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AI and Data-driven solutions in the travel insurance sector.Product Roadmap:
Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities and models.Data Utilization:
Leverage data-driven insights to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing solutions.User-Centric Approach:
Champion the user experience by ensuring products are intuitive, efficient, and customer-centric.Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, establish partnerships, and drive product success.Experience and Qualifications:
Experience:
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in AI and Machine Learning, particularly in fintech or insurtech industries.AI Expertise:
Deep understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and their applications in product development.Strategic Vision:
Clear strategic vision for how AI can transform the travel insurance industry.Data-Driven:
Ability to make decisions based on data and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Customer-Centric:
