Position Overview:
The Senior Tax Attorney will leverage extensive tax law experience to support the firm's growing clientele. This role demands deep expertise in all facets of tax law and proven leadership abilities. Candidates should be comfortable managing a diverse caseload and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on complex tax matters, including planning, compliance, and controversy.
Develop tax strategies and oversee implementation for clients.
Manage, train, and support a team of tax attorneys and legal staff.
Lead high-stakes client interactions, maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
JD and active law license.
20+ years of experience in tax law with a strong record of success.
Proven leadership experience, ideally within a law firm setting.
Strong communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
Billable Hours:
1,500 hours annually
Compensation:
$200,000 - $400,000 DOE, plus bonus eligibility
