Account Director
to lead major accounts and serve as the day-to-day contact in supporting client relationships and deliverables while driving organic growth. You will provide excellent client service and manage multiple clients/projects with a high degree of confidence and independence.You Will:
Form relationships with clients and ensure their needs and marketing goals are met.Build understanding of the client’s business and their competitive environment.Maintain big picture vision and ability to identify broad business issues while driving the process and details through execution.Translate the needs of the client into project briefs to facilitate project development and resource needs.Partner with other departments to ensure agreement across the internal team on client projects.Be the client’s primary day-to-day contact, setting agendas for regular update calls/meetings.Work with project management team to establish timelines for all client projects and communicate changes as they occur to ensure accuracy of all project plans.Independently handle major projects of large accounts with assistance from senior management.Understand product clinical data differentiators, competitive landscape, and customer insights to develop compelling resources that pull through the brand strategy.Understand the regulatory and FDA environment, including internal client review processes.You Have:
5+ years of experience required; including 3+ years in market access account management.Strategic partner for clients with proactive recommendations.Familiarity with technology systems, UX.Comfortable creating all account management documentation requirements including client status, project briefs, estimates, task plan timelines, and presentations to address client requests.Experience in multi-channel marketing asset development, execution, and metric evaluation.Planning and project management capabilities.The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
