**This is a hybrid position with the expectation to come into the office as needed**The Financial Services Analyst provides administrative support to the Financial Research Administration team to process routine transactions and monitor compliance with all applicable University and sponsor guidelines. They will apply their financial services experience to resolve a wide range of issues, from identifying the correct account for unapplied payments to ensuring that award verifications are up to date.
Responsibilities for sponsored award transactions include running monthly reports of aging accounts receivable, unclaimed payments, unclaimed vendor reimbursements, general ledger verifications, award verifications, and other functions required to comply with University and sponsor guidelines. The Finance Analyst follows up with Financial Research Administration Analysts as needed to ensure they complete these tasks. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.Your placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
