Your role in our MissionOur mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need your skills to support our clients during the sales process (and beyond) to be able to advise them on innovative SaaS solutions that bring their requirements to life. With your expertise and level of knowledge and experience, you will demonstrate and articulate the features of our products and services and how they are best suited for the customer, as well as act as the primary liaison between our commercial and product teams.Key Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs, objectives, and technical landscapes related to employee engagement and wellbeingConducting in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements, assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvementLeading product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing platform capabilities and aligning solutions with client objectivesPartnering with the sales team to develop and present compelling solution proposals and business cases to key stakeholders, including HR teams and executivesPartnering with our implementation teams to ensure a smooth deployment of solutions, including briefing the Implementation team on the project scope and client requirementsActing as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations to maximize the impact of our solutionsWorking as the primary liaison between our commercial and product teamsMaintaining and continually improving our Demo environmentsSkills
3+ years of experience in a solution engineer/architect/consultant role within a SaaS company, preferably in HR tech, employee engagement, or related industryPrevious experience in a technical role or academic training in engineering and product managementA foundational understanding of the technical domain related to SaaS technology productsAbility to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and communicate these concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholdersProven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions to customers and meeting or exceeding KPIs and/or revenue targetsHighly collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving positive outcomes for clients and their employeesWillingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and eventsThe Interview Process
