T. White Parker is looking for Management Consultants with recent civilian federal consulting experience. The successful candidate MUST have previous federal consulting experience with client-facing roles. The candidate for this position must be an effective communicator and team player comfortable interacting with and supporting executive and staff-level clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Management Consultant is responsible for providing support across a wide range of areas including (but not limited to) enterprise performance management, metrics/KPI development at the enterprise level, program management, strategic planning, communications, and business process improvement. The role is client-facing and requires a combination of independent work and collaboration on a team as well as strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.The position is classified as a full-time, virtual position. However, the candidate must be willing to report to client site in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for occasional meetings as requested by client.Specific tasks include but are not limited to:Establishing, maintaining, and improving a performance management systemConducting performance management assessmentsDeveloping and maintaining organizational performance dashboards and reports, including KPIs and metricsManaging stakeholders and ensure expectations are proactively and clearly communicated, as appropriateApply business intuition, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and analytical rigor to solve business problems (both strategic and operational) with a sense of urgencySupporting agency and branch-level strategic planning effortsIdentifying and implementing business process and operational improvementsDevelop trusted partnerships across the Agency and ensure optimal client satisfaction is consistently achievedEnsure team success through effective design, development, and timely delivery of exceptional quality work productsSupport/collect requirements for new capabilities, systems, tools, or enhancements, as needed; help/represent client in cross-organizational forums, as needed to advance their IT systems, capabilities, and processesContribute to program and project status meetings, as neededSupport ad-hoc client requestsCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will be polished and able to communicate excellently both orally and written. The successful candidate will have an eye for quality and know how to produce executive-level communications. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are a must. The ability to multitask and prioritize day-to-day work to obtain maximum results is key.The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and a quality-focused self-starter with a high level of situational awareness. The candidate must be able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining high levels of professionalism. This position is great for the detail-oriented, critical thinker who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping clients accomplish the mission.Position Requirements

Ability to work in the U.S. and obtain a Public Trust Security ClearanceBachelor’s Degree in Business or Related FieldFive (5)+ years of consulting experience with the most recent three (3) years consulting to a U.S. federal agencyEight (8) years professional experienceExperience in organizational and/or program performance managementDemonstrated successful experience developing high-quality executive-facing work products (e.g., presentations, reports, analyses, etc.)Demonstrated successful experience working independently as well as collaboratively with teammatesDemonstrated successful experience facilitating/leading team projects to successful and timely completionDemonstrated successful experience performing complex and routine tasks with speed and accuracyDemonstrated successful experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysisDemonstrated successful experience conducting business intelligence, data, and/or trend analysisStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work and produce in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbility to be productive and effective in a virtual environmentAbility to effectively engage and communicate with senior executives and stakeholders at all levelsAbility to be effective and successful in a multi-vendor environmentExceptional written and oral communications skillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience using Microsoft SharepointDesired Education and Skills
