We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Manager in Minnesota, USA. This role is outstanding for MedTech professionals determined to broaden their knowledge and skillset while driving timely quality delivery, account growth, building relationships, and enhancing the client’s trust in our partnership.Key Responsibilities:Drive delivery performance and excellence on their perimeter.Build client relationships – walk the floor (at client office) and gain client trust.Maintain and enhance program revenue and profitability.Expand business scope and contribute to business transformation with high client satisfaction.Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to leverage and induct the right expertise on domain, technology, regulatory, and compliance.Ensure effective program operation: status reports, risk identification and mitigation, client and internal review meetings, managing budget, and exceeding program profitability while taking the relationship to the next level of partnership.Required Skills:10 years of working experience in the IT industry to manage and drive programs.4 years of experience in the medical devices/life sciences domain in delivery with the last 2 years as engagement manager.Technical working experience in software application development for medical devices using Microsoft Technologies (C#, .Net, Microservices, DevOps).Team management is essential; managing a team of engineers across geographies in medical devices programs is expected.Team building work experience, e.g., working with talent acquisition teams, recruitment, knowledge building, and retention.Life at Capgemini:Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
