Finance Officer
to join a prestigious organisation at the heart of London's theatre and live entertainment industry. This is a unique opportunity to work within an exciting and dynamic sector, contributing to the success of world-renowned venues and productions. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices, payments, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with best practices. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial planning for the organisation and its projects. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including statutory accounts and audits. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with various departments, providing financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in a broad finance role, ideally within the not-for-profit, cultural, or entertainment sectors. Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures, including accounts payable, receivable and month-end processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. A part-qualified accountant (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA) is desirable but not essential. Why Join?
