We are looking for a Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A

Compensation: $198,000 - $235,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

The Director of Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A at Rokt will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy as it prepares for its IPO. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this individual will provide strategic financial insights, manage key planning processes, and partner with executive leaders to drive performance and optimize resource allocation. The role involves creating sophisticated financial models, spearheading long-range planning, and ensuring that Rokt is well-positioned for future growth. This individual will also serve as a key liaison between business-line heads and corporate leadership to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

About The RoleInvestor Model and Long-Range Planning: Develop and maintain detailed investor models and long-range plans, providing insights that support strategic decision-making and drive IPO readiness.Financial Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, incorporating key business assumptions and market dynamics.Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure financial data and insights align with overall corporate goals and performance metrics.Variance and Trend Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis, highlighting drivers of discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance, and recommend actionable solutions.Scenario Planning and Sensitivity Analysis: Build complex financial models to assess various business scenarios and their impact on profitability and growth.Tool Optimization and Reporting Enhancements: Drive continuous improvement in FP&A reporting and planning tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization and enhance decision-making capabilities.IPO Preparation: Partner closely with external stakeholders and corporate leaders to provide guidance on financial reporting, SEC filings, and other compliance-related processes for the IPO.RequirementsAbout you:Experience: 7+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance, with demonstrated success in financial modeling, long-range planning, and investment evaluation.Technical Skills: Proficient in advanced Excel modeling, 3-statement financial models, and scenario planning. Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive required.IPO Readiness: Experience preparing financial statements and reports for IPO required.Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to executive leadership.
