Job Summary:As a Regional Manager at our company, you will oversee multiple boutique fitness studios in the Seattle area. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing multiple fitness studios, strong business acumen, and a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of multiple fitness studios to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize studio performance and customer experience.Monitor and manage studio budgets, expenses, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.2. Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop studio managers and staff to achieve performance goals.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support.Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.3. Sales and Marketing:
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to drive membership growth and retentionWork with Studio Managers to identify opportunities for Community Outreach and business development, generating tangible leads for salesCollaborate with the marketing agency to create and implement promotional campaigns.4. Customer Service:- Ensure studios deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of member satisfaction.- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
5. Performance and Financial Management:
Monitor and manage Monthly and Daily KPIs to meet goalsMonitor and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.Develop and managebudgets, ensuring financial targets are met.Implement strategies to maximize studio profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple fitness studios or similar multi-unit operations.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.Ability to travel to all studios every week.Benefits:
