The TeamTotal Rewards Team delivers world class programs that position our Company as an employer of choice. We are looking for a Compensation Analyst on 3 month basis to cover for a leave of absence.The role's focus is on leading delivery of our global Total Rewards Technology and leading the Annual Compensation Review as well as other Total Rewards related processes.The job incumbent will be a part of Global Total Rewards team that operates globally and will be reporting to Total Rewards Director.
The RoleLead the Annual Compensation Review process globally.Develop detailed project plans for its planning and execution including developing global budgeting design and modelling, provide budget recommendations, timelines, ensure relevant communication.Administer our Compensation Tool, ensure seamless system set up, testing, documentation and data flow to HRIS and WorkDay as well as to payroll; develop and deliver relevant training.Lead and support full lifecycle Job Architecture, our job catalogue and compensation proposal tool, optimizing processes in partnership with our parent company's teams.Ensure Total Rewards central communication is relevant and issued timely to all Business Units.Create and deploy Power Apps solutions to optimize manual processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency.Produce on-demand reports and perform data analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.Collect business requirements and assess current processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation.Serve as a primary contact for users, offering support, guidance, and resolution of system and process-related queries.Work closely with HRIS to set up, customize, and manage compensation tables, ensuring precise data input and streamlined workflows.May lead/assists in new projects/initiatives or represent the TR function in cross-functional or inter-company projects.This position requires daily contact with the broader HR team including HR Systems as well as with Finance and Legal teams.This role is for an ASAP start date, applicants must be immediately available or on short notice (2 weeks).
What you bring to the teamBachelor's Degree in Business/relevant disciplines, combined with min 7 years of progressive experience in similar roles in a global matrix organization.Experience with compensation related software tools and technologies.Strong experience in end-to-end processes such as e.g. Annual Compensation Review.Demonstrated attention to detail; strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and providing recommendations.Ability to use previous reward experience to proactively identify and address possible problems and make timely decision with less than perfect information.Self-starter, able to work collaboratively and independently under tight/shifting timelines and handle projects with minimal supervision.Ability to work with ambiguity in fast changing and growing environments and execute according to project plans.Strong communication skills with ability communicating across various cultures.Personal integrity and ability to deal with and be trusted with sensitive information.About usWe're a global, 1000-strong, diverse team of professional experts, promoting and delivering Social Innovation through our One Hitachi initiative (OT x IT x Product) and working on projects that have a real-world impact.
