ICT Business Analyst

The department is seeking a skilled and diverse technical Business Analyst with proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements within a fast-paced project environment. The successful candidate will define requirements for various infrastructure, software, and cloud projects within the current ICT Program of Work.
In the delivery of the ICT Program of Work, the Business Analyst will:
Lead and facilitate discussions and/or workshops with a wide variety of business and technical stakeholders, ensuring a common understanding and definition of requirements.
Lead and facilitate discussions and/or workshops within the ICT team to estimate viability/effort of new ICT requests in preparation for prioritisation forums.
Define, develop, and demonstrate these features for both technical and non-technical audiences through process maps, diagrams, user stories, business cases, acceptance criteria, or other project and design artefacts.
Maintain a line of continuous and transparent conversation with business areas, facilitating feedback and improvement in order to represent the views of the business to the broader delivery team, supporting the delivery of a quality, fit-for-purpose outcome.
Work with project and business-as-usual teams to document and develop processes (including ICT Policy) and artefacts to support systems testing.
