12-month opportunity
has arisen due to an internal transfer and can be undertaken in ACT/NSW/QLD/SA/VIC/WA. As a Commercial Analyst, reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, you will help create and deliver quotations for software licensing, renewals, and related professional services. You will work with technical and sales teams to ensure accurate quotes that meet client needs for both new and existing Konica Minolta customers. Additionally, you will develop and review pricing plans to boost revenue and stay competitive. You will also help prepare forecast reports, compare them with estimates and actual results, and identify any differences.Your primary responsibilities will be:Support the delivery of quotations for software solution licensing, software renewals, and related Professional Services. Work closely with technical and sales teams to prepare and deliver accurate quotations ensuring all client requirements are met.Maintain up-to-date records of all quotation-related documents and data. Distribute these materials to relevant stakeholders and ensure the accuracy and availability of pricing tools.Develop and analyse pricing strategies to optimise revenue and stay competitive.Assist in preparing forecast reports, and track against estimates and actuals and identify variances.Liaise with software vendors & internal Marketing teams on pricing arrangements.Support ad-hoc reporting and manage data administration as required.Help respond to requests for proposals and requests for information from prospects & customers.Support the Professional Services Team and customers throughout the sales cycle as required.Knowledge, Experience & Requirements:Ideally, industry knowledge in pricing, sales process, Professional Services, or Information Technology.Advantageous to have a working understanding of Print Management Software Solutions; however, not essential as training will be provided.Desire to learn Enterprise Software Applications such as SAP/CRM, SharePoint – which will be the tools you will be utilising to fulfil your role.Intermediate ability in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to think critically and problem solve.High attention to detail.Ability to work independently and proactively.Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.Ability to prioritise multiple tasks with competing deadlines.Essential Requirements for this role:Valid working rights for Australia.As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.What can KM offer you?You will enjoy a collaborative team culture where you will be supported and empowered to contribute your ideas and identify opportunities to develop your team and yourself.
