Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring successful implementation and integration of solutions for Konica Minolta customers, while providing technical support and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include delivering engaging product demonstrations, handling pre-sales inquiries, defining project requirements, leading technical implementations, creating and maintaining documentation, and actively collaborating with development teams to enhance our products based on valuable customer feedback. Please note that we are considering candidates from NSW/VIC/SA/QLD/ACT/WA.Key Responsibilities
Deliver standard product demonstrations for prospective customers and assist in handling pre-sales requests for standard implementations and change requests for existing customer environments.Define project scope and requirements, identify critical issues, evaluate potential solutions, and deliver recommendations to stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams of our customers.Serve as the primary technical lead for standard solution implementations with basic customisations using available features and tools, and integrate solutions with existing systems and platforms. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to creating standard statements of work, user acceptance testing, and training administrators.Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, setups, workflows, and customer-specific solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during implementation, and prepare for handover to support teams post-implementation.Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and improvements based on customer interactions.Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders about project timelines, milestones, and any deviations.Track project schedules and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met, and ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets.Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Possess a deep understanding of core products and leverage product features to address customer needs.Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, Windows and Mac environments, common IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, databases, and operating systems.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to customers, keeping them engaged and providing recommendations. Effectively listen to and accurately understand customer needs and feedback.Strong problem-solving skills, including analytical thinking to identify issues and propose effective solutions, and ability to adjust solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaborative skills within a team to achieve common goals, and effectively manage and resolve conflicts.As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.What can KM offer you?You will enjoy a collaborative team culture where you will be supported and empowered to contribute your ideas and identify opportunities to develop your team and yourself.
