Director of Finance

Proventure is hiring for a Director of Finance who will provide financial guidance and assistance on all aspects of operations, working alongside their peers.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance7 or more years accounting or finance experience4 or more years of supervisory experience3 or more years of hospitality/hotel experienceExperience working with enterprise accounting softwareProficiency in Excel, including pivot tables; and Microsoft OfficeExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanorSelf-motivated, self-directed, and committed to meeting deadlinesOutstanding customer service skills for effective communication with managementRemarkable multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detailResponsibilities include:Oversee, review, and ensure completion of the accounting teams work; including journal entries, reconciliations and reporting requirements.Oversee financial reporting & metrics of the accounting and finance teams.Creating, Maintaining, and Reporting financial statements for review with executive teamHire, Mentor and Manage accounting teamOversee and review budgeting and forecasting for the organizationReview and ensure compliance of internal policies, procedures, and controlsWorking with executive and financial shared services teamHours:
