Senior IT Manager

Proventure is hiring for a Senior IT Manager with casino experience who will provide strategy, guidance and implementation on all aspects of IT projects and operations; including inter-department and overall organizational objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in IT/MIS; certifications or relevant work experience4 + years of hands-on IT experience2 + years of supervisory experience2 + years of casino gaming experienceExperience with the following:Networking – VLANS, Firewalls, RoutingPC/Server setup, deployment, configuration and supportVMWare (setup, deployment, configuration and support)MS Azure and Office365 AdministrationVOIP systemsIntegrated POS systemsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanorSelf-motivated, self-directed, and committed to meeting deadlinesOutstanding customer service skills and effective communication with managementResponsibilities include:Provide strategy, guidance and implementation on all aspects of IT projects and operations infrastructure and applications.Develop short and long-term goals, proposals and capital budgets in coordination with the executive team.Research and recommend future IT products and initiatives.Oversee helpdesk, network, development and IT security including disaster recovery and backup systems.Assist with hiring, training, mentoring and managing IT team.Review and ensure compliance of internal policies, procedures, and controls.Work with executive and business operations teams to achieve organizational goals.Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PMCompensation:
