JOB SUMMARY:The Database Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, designing, evaluating, implementing, and analyzing marketing promotions for The Nash Casino.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Extract data, perform analyses, and create reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate database marketing initiatives and manage data integration.Maintain and monitor multiple databases.Monitor and optimize campaign efficiency.Ensure integrity of the database system by developing, documenting, and enforcing security procedures and access controls.Maintain current knowledge of database technology developments through seminars, publications, and training courses.Liaise with vendors for database-related matters, as required.Assist with or manage special projects as assigned.Provide BIG Service to internal guests and ensure their complete satisfaction, inclusive of greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset.Develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors.Ensure that work activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.Work safely, understanding and following company safety policies and procedures, completing work in a safe manner, caring about the safety of self and others, responding appropriately in an emergency, and reporting unsafe conditions.Maintain regular attendance in accordance with the Time and Attendance policy.Maintain professionalism and a friendly and approachable demeanor throughout the workday.Assist with training/mentoring of new Team Members as requested.Maintain all appearance standards in accordance with established uniform and appearance guidelines.Inform the manager on duty of any irregularities and unusual situations when they occur.Keep a friendly, calm, and helpful demeanor in high-stress situations and a continuously fast-paced environment.Be honest in all interactions and display a high degree of integrity.Maintain confidentiality as related to all department and property information.Work independently with little to no supervision or as part of a team.Remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or related field.At least 2 years of database marketing and data analysis experience.Experience using data analysis tools, including SQL.Ability to manage a team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Attention to detail is required plus the ability to multi-task and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Computer proficient and possess strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Must be 21 years of age or older.Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.
