– you must be culture driven, work in a collaborative fashion and have come from an organization that has an inside/outside sales component to it’s organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor staff at all levels, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a collaborative culture.Design, manage, and promote a culture that prioritizes employee engagement and customer satisfaction.Plan, develop, and oversee the operational and financial performance of the organization.Provide direction on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to ensure the company’s growth and profitability.Drive business growth by expanding revenue streams, increasing profitability, and growing the customer base.Analyze and make recommendations to the board on long-term growth initiatives and the impact of strategic decisions.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the company’s success and identify areas for improvement.Act as a strategic advisor on contracts and business negotiations, ensuring the company's interests are optimized.Continuously improve operations, sales, marketing, and financial structures for efficiency and scalability.Optimize the company’s relationships with banking and legal partners.Provide accurate cash flow reporting and projections to support operational and strategic decisions.Lead the further development of HR and IT systems to enhance business operations and support growth.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.More than 5 years of experience in company leadership (CEO, COO, GM) within a service-oriented business.Strong business modeling and development skills.Proven success in scaling a business, driving profitability, and managing a sales-driven organization.Job Number:
