As we transition from our founder-led model to appointing our first CEO, the founder and her family are seeking an innovative, strategic, and dynamic leader to drive our next phase of growth and operational excellence.

Position Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of Calls Plus. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring that the company’s goals and objectives are met. As an equity holder, the CEO will have a vested interest in the success and profitability of the company, which has some $2 million in annual revenues and 45 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to advance the company’s mission and objectives.

Oversee the development and execution of long-term and short-term plans in alignment with the company's goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

Operational Management:

Ensure the effective operation of all departments, including customer service, sales, HR, IT, and finance.

Implement efficient processes and standards to optimize performance and productivity.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Financial Oversight:

Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Plan and implement fundraising, including identifying resource requirements and establishing strategies to approach funders.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Development and Management:

Lead a high-performing executive team.

Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention.

Mentor and develop the leadership team to enhance their skills and performance.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.

Equity-holder Responsibilities:

Actively participate in strategic decisions, including investments, acquisitions, and other significant financial decisions.

Align personal financial interests with the company’s long-term goals and success.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positions within a similar industry.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, sales, etc.

In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

$35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
