The Job:

As a Director of North America Demand Planning, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

Lead the Demand Planning team to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Have ownership of the IBP process.

Lead all business planning/demand forecasting initiatives, strategies and customer collaboration activities.

Lead and manage a diverse team of managers, planners and business analysts in multiple business locations.

Drive alignment with Supply/Sales/Finance.

Provide analytical support for both business planning and sales order management/logistics improvement projects working closely with both internal and external support teams.

Drive long-range forecast visibility.

Champion the review and reporting Customer Scorecards and Dashboards and ensuring internal goals and metrics and support is in alignment to achieve.

Participate in interviewing and talent management of team.

The Person:

BA/BS Degree, MBA Preferred.

9+ years Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics experience.

5+ years People Leader experience.

Demonstrated leadership experience within the above functional disciplines.

Experience in Developing and Maintaining Customer Collaboration.

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $110,500- $221,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
