The Job: Lead the Demand Planning team to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Have ownership of the IBP process. Lead all business planning/demand forecasting initiatives, strategies and customer collaboration activities. Lead and manage a diverse team of managers, planners and business analysts in multiple business locations. Drive alignment with Supply/Sales/Finance. Provide analytical support for both business planning and sales order management/logistics improvement projects working closely with both internal and external support teams. Drive long-range forecast visibility. Champion the review and reporting Customer Scorecards and Dashboards and ensuring internal goals and metrics and support is in alignment to achieve. Participate in interviewing and talent management of team. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have: BA/BS Degree, MBA Preferred. 9+ years Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics experience. 5+ years People Leader experience. Demonstrated leadership experience within the above functional disciplines. Experience in Developing and Maintaining Customer Collaboration.
