Join us!Job Responsibilities:This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit.Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing.Support continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.Line of Business Job Description:Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for the business unit, or units, including research. Coordinates the implementation of services, procedures, and systems for problems in the operations environment. Initiates projects and alternatives to improve operations efficiency.Ability to use Microsoft Office to support status reporting requirements. Should have a thorough understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work and on-the-job training. Ability to communicate across and up the organization. Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical, and/or operational changes. Individuals typically have 3-5 years of experience. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.Responsibilities:Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutionsManages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and servicesConsults on procedural, technical, and operational changesAdvances business products knowledge within operations environmentFosters relationships with partners and teammatesInspects data to identify issues and trendsPresents reporting on key performance and implementation statusRequired Qualifications:Microsoft Office suite - Excel – Moderate to expertOrganizationPresentation and Oral Communications - Ability to communicate across and up the organization and vendor partnersProblem Solving - ability to quickly recognize ensuing problems and escalateDesired Qualifications:3+ years of Lockbox experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a team environment.Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
