Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Teen Director to lead and manage programs specifically designed for teenagers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth development, capable of creating engaging programs, and able to mentor and guide teens in their personal, social, and academic growth. The Teen Director will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment that helps teens thrive.

Salary : $18/hour
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement programs and activities that promote the social, emotional, and academic growth of teens.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to teens, helping them build confidence and life skills.
Organize and oversee special events, workshops, and recreational activities that appeal to a wide range of teen interests.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants.
Build relationships with teens, parents, schools, and community partners to enhance program success.
Monitor the progress and development of participants, providing feedback and support where needed.
Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring the efficient use of funds and materials.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers to assist with teen programs.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, progress reports, and incident reports.
Stay updated on youth development trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Education, Youth Development, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience working with teens in educational, recreational, or community-based settings.
Proven experience in program development and implementation for youth.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of teens and manage group dynamics.
Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring teens to reach their potential.
US Citizen or Green Card holder.
