St Barnabas Hospices Group (soon to be known as Southern Hospice Group) based in West Sussex, provides specialist palliative and end of life care to adults and children with life-limiting conditions. Following a recent merger, we now operate across three hospice sites, St Barnabas House, Chestnut Tree House and Martlets, providing in-patient care as well as care within the local community which covers East and West Sussex and into Southeast Hampshire.We are seeking to recruit a compassionate, inspiring and forward-thinking strategic leader as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With the ability to work collaboratively and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, you’ll transform and lead our organisation forward, ensuring we deliver the next stage of our ambitious strategic plans.To be successful, you’ll have experience in transformational change and a passion and understanding of the work we do and the importance of our place within the local healthcare economy.Key Responsibilities
Transform and lead the organisation in delivering strategic plans.Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.Manage and integrate teams and resources from the recent merger.Ensure the delivery of high-quality palliative and end-of-life care.Benefits
