( https://sac.usc.edu ) in the USC Viterbi School, which includes our Ming Hsieh Department of ECE.While outstanding candidates from all areas of electrical and computer engineering will be considered, candidates with research interests in the following areas are especially encouraged to apply: materials, devices, technologies, circuits, computer architecture, systems, and methods for next generation computing; quantum engineering; data sciences; signal processing, communications, information theory, and machine learning; robotics, autonomy, and control; bioelectronic systems, wearable, and implantable technologies.Applications must include a cover letter clearly indicating area(s) of specialization, a detailed curriculum vitae, a concise statement of current and future research directions, a teaching statement, and contact information for at least three professional references.
