Summary:
This successful candidate will provide Quality Management support to a SharePoint on premises to SharePoint Online migration. In this role, you will analyze improvement areas, as well as track, troubleshoot, and report defects. This successful candidate will have experience with IT Service Management projects, software testing methodologies, including test planning, case design, execution, result analysis, and automated test tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:Interact with Government and contractor stakeholders about requirements and identified risksExecute test plans and evaluate software and system level capabilitiesRecommend, facilitate, track, and report continuous process improvement activitiesOversee execution of test scripts and review resultsCreate concise documentation for test plans, procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guidesImplement audit practices for internal processes and productsDocument and resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes via root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actionPerform weekly surveillance on Jira tasks/subtasksWork closely with developers, providing feedback on improvement areasOversee integrity of work performed and associated deliverablesReport findings, discuss requirements, and present solutions
Key Qualifications:Five+ years’ experience executing test plans and evaluating software and system level capabilities, as well as software testing methodologiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of automated test tools and their applicationAbility to create and execute test plans for web-based applications
Work Location:Baltimore, two days a week onsite
