The GTM Growth Enablement Program Manager will play a critical role in constructing and optimizing the internal “supply lines” for enabling Sigma’s GTM teams to go to market and win! They will be at the helm of driving sales plays and pipeline generation efforts for our enterprise and commercial teams. Sigma Computing is looking for a visionary to elevate our sales motions to unmatched levels. This role is anticipated to build scalable GTM sales play programs and assets to drive pipeline and ARR for our business. You will foster deep relationships with business development, sales, marketing and product and leverage analytics for data-driven improvements. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement and can be based out of our San Francisco or New York offices.
What you will be doing:
Build and Lead a Pipeline Generation program working closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Product with a goal of providing comprehensive field assets to drive pipeline against use cases, industries and verticals.
Use data and market insight to identify areas of opportunity for timely GTM campaigns.
Collaborate with SMEs to define and build new sales plays/motions and the assets required to support the sales team for newer product opportunities (Embedded Analytics, Data Applications etc).
Project manage & collaborate with enablement peers to optimize the content for facilitation and rollout.
Measure the impact of your programs through reporting on campaign and program performance.
Collaborating cross functionally with Subject Matter Experts across the business.
Help to create field assets like intro decks, sequence messaging, discovery questions, call scripts, customer engagement materials, maturity model frameworks.
Propose & lead strategic enablement sessions with core GTM stakeholders to address market needs and opportunities for new revenue.

Cross functional GTM leaders & subject matter experts.
Tools they will be working with:
Sigma Computing (BI & Analytics Platform).
Occasional travel between the San Francisco and New York offices, as well as potential visits to sales conferences or workshops.
Who you are:
Experience:
You've been in sales or product marketing roles, preferably in complex sales cycles for a technical solution with business & technical personas. You’re extremely comfortable with value frameworks, building positioning. You are an influencer of change, and are comfortable recommending changes to executives and sales leadership stakeholders. Minimum of 7 years in sales enablement or related roles. Tools:
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics providers, and sales enablement technologies. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
