Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.Preferred qualifications:Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical) or equivalent practical experience.Experience implementing tactical and large scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fluid environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.Experience executing complex and operational initiatives with excellent problem-solving skills.Proficiency with structuring analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement projects that solve business issues.

Using core capabilities, strategy, analytics, and communications, we empower gTech to do amazing things to land the present, and build for the future.In this role, you will lead strategy development and execution with executive leadership for gTech Users and Product (gUP), one of Google’s largest operating teams, which is responsible for providing customer care and technical support for nearly all Google products. You will have an opportunity to shape how Google launches products, how we provide support, how we drive efficiencies across a global operations team, develop scalable processes, onboard new partners, resolve top user issues, and how we provide technical implementation services to some of Google's most tactical partners. We stay focused on driving the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations through organizational design, long-term planning, and management support.You will use your business skills to craft stories and discover insights to help gUP make wide-ranging business decisions. The purpose of the gUP gSO Business Strategy team is to function as internal consultants, providing business critical insights using internal and external resources, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and managing change management initiatives.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting the leadership on key initiatives, building operational expertise, and landing organizational change. Help chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s goal.Solve issues with executive leaders to deliver insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward.Manage project initiatives across multiple gTech teams and engage Google-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross-Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy).Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid to long-term transformational initiatives.Develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
