Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their business priorities and align Accenture assets and expertise.Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule, resources, and costs.Monitor and manage team goals and performance, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and strategies.Deep-dive into existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution.Be hands-on when needed to help your team solve problems and get through crunch periods.Help your teams connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines.Develop reasonable integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time and quality completion.Identify client responsibilities and hold them accountable as you do your Accenture teams.Broadly understand S/4 HANA and other SAP products to ensure comprehensive solutions and roadmaps.Stay current on market innovations and the latest methodology, tooling, and assets/accelerators.Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's what you need:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs.Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model (preferably in an Agile or Hybrid model).Minimum of 5 years’ experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, Manufacturing Cloud).Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with clients/projects to communicate Project/Program status, risk, and mitigations.Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years' work experience.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
