You Are:

You’re as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with clients to understand the client's business priorities and bring Accenture assets and expertise aligned with these priorities.

Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule, resources, and costs.

Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies.

Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution.

Be hands-on when needed to help your team solve problems and get through crunch periods.

Help your teams connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines.

Develop reasonable integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time and cost with quality completion.

Identify client and other responsibilities and commitments up-front and hold them as accountable as you hold your Accenture teams.

Broadly understand the S/4 HANA and other SAP products like (Success Factors, Concur, Ariba) to ensure solutions and roadmaps are comprehensive.

Keep building your SAP delivery know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest methodology, tooling, and assets/accelerators.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model (preferably in an Agile or Hybrid model).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications (ie: SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.).

Minimum of 3 years’ working with clients/projects to effectively communicate Project/Program status’, risk and mitigations.

Experience in a Consulting/Advisory role or position.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

Role Location: Annual Salary Range:

California $131,100 to $336,900

Colorado $131,100 to $291,100

District of Columbia $139,600 to $309,900

New York $121,400 to $336,900

Maryland $121,400 to $269,500

Washington $139,600 to $309,900
