This includes web applications, mobile applications, and back scripting automation solutions.Assist in updating existing tools, and automation enhancing existing business processes as it relates to new and existing tooling within the Client's organization.Mandatory Skill Set:HTML5/Webkit – IntermediateJavaScript – IntermediateCSS – IntermediatePerl – UnderstandingJQUERY/MooTools/Javascript framework libraries – IntermediateAJAX/JSON/XML client/server communications – IntermediateNodeJS Server – UnderstandingCross Browser integration, including mobile platforms – IntermediateGIT source code management – IntermediateMySQL/Oracle/SQL, other database – IntermediateBS or better in Computer Science or equivalent degree or nano degree in web development.Experience building client/server Web based applications.Candidate must be interested in and have some experience developing cutting edge implementations of HTML5/Webkit sites that remain backward compatible and are fully cross browser compatible.Recommended soft skills:Positive attitudeDocumentation skills and practiceAbility to understand technical and usability requirements and translate them to “state of the art” finished interface.Independent self-starter that requires little supervision beyond initial scope expectation and transfer of requirements.Planning and organizational skillsAttention to detailAbility to work in an Agile development environment.Ability to summarize progress and articulate issues to the project team.Ability to take ownership of specific tasks and follow the project team's direction through to completion with minimal supervision.Equal Opportunity Employer
