You have a master’s degree (universities, business or engineering schools), and 6 to 8 years of management consulting experience with a strong background in supply chain consulting.You’ve:Led transformation projects, from diagnosis to implementation and oversight.Managed steering committees.Communicated effectively from operational levels to management committees.Familiarity with supply chain management tools like WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP, or experience with these software systems is a plus.An APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a definite advantage.In terms of soft skills, a strong project culture and a focus on customer satisfaction are crucial, as are independence and an entrepreneurial mindset. English proficiency is essential; French and a third language are a plus.We also make sure that all our new team members share our culture of teamwork, openness, recognition, and good humour.Your role at Citwell
You will oversee one or more teams of consultants on various projects to enhance organizations, processes, and supply chain management:Supply chain transformation: Process, organization, and IS in industrial and distribution sectors – diagnosis, strategy, target setting, trajectory planning, etc.Deployment: Aligning organizational structures, change management, and supporting transformation efforts.Targeted optimizations: Enhancing logistics and industrial networks, transportation, warehousing, stock sizing, procurement, forecasting, industrial planning, and distribution processes.Tool implementation: Managing pilot tools and supporting all or part of the value chain.Project Management: Supporting project management and selecting specialized information systems (APS, TMS, WMS, OMS, etc.).You’ll leverage our methodologies, tools (IMCM repository, serious games, and supply chain classics), and participate in business development, including identifying customer needs, drafting proposals, pre-sales activities, and participating in project qualification and defense.You will drive sector-specific or business offers internally (development, training) and externally (prospecting, communication).The position is based in Boston with travel in the US, France, or other countries depending on the projects; however, long-term work at the client is not required.Your compensation will include a fixed salary based on your experience, with additional bonuses throughout the year tied to the achievement of qualitative goals.
