Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering customized strategies tailored to our clients' unique needs across various areas, including supply chain planning, production, and distribution.
As a hands-on consultant, you will conduct in-depth analysis and provide creative solutions that drive tangible results. Your efforts will help clients maximize their resources while also introducing innovative techniques they may not have previously considered.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to assess their current business situation and cultivate strong relationships that enhance trust and credibility.Collect and analyze pertinent data, systems, and processes from both supply and demand perspectives. This includes conducting client workshops and interviewsProven ability to develop and present impactful recommendations, proposals, reports, and formal presentations for effectively conveying findings to client management and implementation teamsIdentify and categorize bottlenecks, challenges, risks, and opportunitiesPropose solutions, develop and assess alternative strategies to achieve objectivesCreate performance metrics and generate reports that clearly illustrate the current state and desired future stateCollaborate with clients to define requirements for tools, systems, and processes; recommend design enhancements; and manage the implementation process, which includes creating documentation, delivering training, and offering coachingDevelop and use structured project plans to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks efficiently, maintaining a strong sense of urgency across one or more workstreams.Foster and sustain productive relationships with clients in an international environment.Qualifications
5+ years of management consulting, advisory, manufacturing, industry, and/or supervisory experience with hands-on supervisory experience, including coaching, mentorship, and performance management within the supply chain.Demonstrated critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis, with the ability to identify data gaps and risks, draw sound conclusions, and develop actionable and sustainable recommendations for improvement.Proven experience and expertise in implementation and change management, leading to sustainable solutions.An entrepreneurial mindset to collaborate with project team members and clients in designing and implementing practical solutions to complex business challenges while continuously evaluating to identify new opportunities.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBusiness process mapping to document current and potential future states and use mapping software such as MS Visio, SAP Signavio, etc.Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and APS (Kinaxis).Areas of expertise:

Buyer/planner process understanding, shop floor dispatch/control installation, BOMs, and master data management.Production Planning:
