Your new companyAre you a compliance professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring regulatory adherence? I am seeking a dynamic Firm Compliance Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for attending AR firms across the Southeast, providing expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team of compliance professionals who will form an in-depth and solid relationship with AR Firm Principals, understanding their business and working with them to ensure their firm and the network remains safe.
Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments at AR firms.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to AR firm staff on compliance matters.
Monitor and report on compliance issues and trends.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance challenges.
What you'll need to succeedYOU must have previous experience in dealing with AR’s Firm Principles etc from a S&O perspective. This is non-negotiable.
Need to have experience in Field Supervision or compliance monitoring.
Very strong stakeholder management skills and is comfortable questioning and assessing firms/advisers.
You need to have their level 4 qualification as well as a Compliance & Risk qualification.
You will need to be in the Southeast.
What you'll get in returnSalary up to £55,000
Homeworker, United Kingdom (Field Based, travelling around the Southeast/Kent area)
