is seeking a full-time, salaried
General Manager . You will be responsible for the overall operation and success of our establishment. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our team, ensure the highest level of service, and drive business growth. This is a full time position (50-55+ hours) and requires open availability. This position is entitled to an annual salary of
$70,000- $75,000
(includes bonus potential) and group health insurance.
Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Help lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Hospitality:
Ensure that guests receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, which includes staff scheduling, inventory management, payroll, and vendor relationships.
Financial Management:
Help manage budgets, control costs, fill out financial reports and work to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Marketing and Promotion:
Help develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager (or equivalent) in an elevated dining establishment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven organizational skills.
Strong business acumen and financial management abilities.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Restaurant Accounting, P&L's, etc.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and Point of Sale.
Food safety certification and a valid alcohol service permit.
A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

The
General Manager
is required to invest the time necessary to produce exceptional results. This position will also have a rotating irregular schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and occasionally a 6-day work week. Average expected schedule should be 50+ hours per week.
