The Solutions Director will play a critical leadership role, overseeing a portfolio of programs and task orders while driving innovation through AI solutions. This position is responsible for managing both people and programs, ensuring successful delivery, and expanding the company's AI capabilities to new and existing customers, particularly within the government sector. The Solutions Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft cutting-edge solutions, foster strong client relationships, lead strategic recompete efforts, and support organic program growth.What Your Day Might Include…

Lead and oversee the management of multiple programs and task orders, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Implement effective governance processes to manage performance, budgets, and risks while aligning program outcomes with organizational objectives.Ensure timely and successful execution of all program deliverables, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Directly manage and mentor program managers and teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.Oversee staffing, performance management, and professional development to build a dynamic, results-driven team that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.Foster leadership growth and talent development within program teams, aligning their career trajectories with business needs.Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across programs, leveraging emerging technologies to address complex client challenges.Partner with the Innovation and Growth team to design forward-thinking AI solutions that meet both current and future client needs.Act as an AI evangelist, presenting AI capabilities and benefits to clients to drive adoption and engagement across their operations.Build and sustain trusted relationships with key government clients, positioning the company as a strategic partner in their digital transformation initiatives.Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the company’s footprint by delivering tailored AI solutions that align with evolving client objectives.Work cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction, secure contract renewals, and drive the expansion of services across programs.Lead the development and execution of competitive recompete strategies for large government contracting vehicles, ensuring a winning approach.Collaborate closely with business development and capture teams to develop compelling, client-focused proposals that position the company as a top contender.Engage with clients to anticipate their future needs and ensure the company’s solutions evolve accordingly, maximizing the likelihood of contract renewals.Drive organic growth within existing programs by identifying and delivering new solutions, technologies, or value-added services that enhance program performance.Maintain a focus on continuous improvement, ensuring that all programs are poised for long-term success and future growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to introduce innovative ideas that align with clients’ strategic objectives, ensuring long-term program viability and client satisfaction.You’ll Bring These Qualifications…

Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of experience in program management, AI solutions, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in government contracting.AI Expertise: In-depth understanding of AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and AI-driven automation.Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale government contracts and execute effective recompete strategies.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Experience driving organic program growth and securing new business opportunities in the government sector.
