Position Overview:
As an Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) Leader of Eaton’s Aerospace Group you will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives and supports revenue growth and profitability. You will play a pivotal role in our global transformation ensuring seamless integration of the business planning and execution processes across SIOP, Network Planning, and COE. You will have an opportunity to lead a global team driving cross-functional collaboration while leading continuous improvement efforts throughout the enterprise.
Essential Responsibilities:
Establish and develop the IBP&E leadership team and the sub-functions of SIOP, Network Planning and CoEs, driving E2E metrics.
Maintain focus on long-term planning to ensure forecast accuracy for planning capacity levels and drive the execution teams on the short-term actions to maximize sales and profitability.
Ensure effective cadence of reviews, deploying standard reports, and an analytical approach to problem solving with effective corrective and preventative actions.
Run, approve, and escalate scenarios using the available planning tools (Kinaxis) to maintain sales and profit targets.
Provide a coherent consensus plan for all locations covering demand, supply & inventory used as the leading input for the financial forecast. Communicate assumptions and performance variances.
Champion change to ensure companywide adoption of the IBP&E process. Train and develop all involved functions including sales, finance, PLM, and supply chain.
Build strong working relationships with Sector/Corporate materials and technology teams to develop automation and continued enhancements in support of the IBP&E process.
Monitor the effectiveness of the IBP&E process to identify and execute continuous improvement actions.
Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years senior management experience for a multinational, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role.
Record of accomplishment in development and execution of the end-to-end planning and execution function on a global scale.
Experience utilizing technology advancements to drive organizational transformation.
Proven ability in building and developing high performing diverse teams, in a matrixed organization delivering measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of global supply chain management, international logistics, continuous improvement, and project management.
Proficiency in supply chain software and advanced data analytics tools (Kinaxis preferred).
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $172,500.03 - $270,000.00 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
