– and find out how you can grow with us!Benefits Offered:Employee Childcare Discount & Uncapped Referral ProgramPaid Time Off & Paid Holidays401K Retirement PlanPersonalized & Interactive Training ProgramJob Description:As a Preschool Principal you will be responsible for;Overseeing the delivery of education & curriculum.Coordination of all school operations.Manage school finances.Participate in community outreach.Build relationships with families, students, and the community.Develop staff & teachers.Education & Work Experience Requirements:Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.Eligible candidates must have a master’s degree in any field related to children or business OR bachelor’s degree in any field related to children with at minimum one year of managerial or supervisory experience.Must be Head Teacher QualifiedComplies with all state-specific education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (ex: professional development).Strong expert knowledge in New Jersey State Licensing requirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. In general, this position requires an individual to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak the English language. In addition, this position often requires an individual to carry, lift, use repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally push, pull, or bend. This position is regularly required to hear and use clear vision with or without correction.
