This is a full-time, exempt position and reports to the Director, Digital Marketing at the SEMI HQ Milpitas office.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Marketo/Salesforce/Google Marketing Analytics Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and Google analytics. This role is crucial in driving data-driven decisions, optimizing marketing campaigns, and enhancing our overall marketing strategy. With 8+ years of experience, you will lead the analytics efforts and enable business and marketing decision-making via relevant metrics.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Analytics and Reporting:

Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance and sales activities

Analyze data from Marketo, Salesforce and Google Analytics to derive actionable insights and recommendations

Marketing Automation Management:

Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns in Marketo

Ensure data integrity and proper synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce

CRM and Data Integration:

Manage the integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to address any integration issues

Data Analysis and Insights:

Perform deep-dive analyses on marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Team Leadership and Training:

Lead a team of marketing analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and training

Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing team

Campaign Performance Optimization:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements for future initiatives

Monitor Google advertising campaigns and Google Analytics metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize campaign performance

Lead Management and Segmentation:

Develop and implement lead management and segmentation strategies to improve targeting and engagement

Ensure accurate lead scoring and nurturing processes within Marketo and Salesforce

Attribution Modeling:

Design and implement attribution models to measure the impact of marketing activities on revenue, leveraging Google Analytics and Marketing automation

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of different marketing channels and tactics

Planning and Reporting:

Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by providing data-driven insights

Develop Marketing dashboards that will enable improved business decision making

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align metrics

FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on Marketo (or similar email marketing apps), Salesforce and Google Analytics and Adwords. Power BI experience is a nice to have.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce administration and Google analytics and Google Adwords

Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus

Business Analysis:

Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership:

Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.

Project Management:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
