to lead Long Island Jewish Medical Center’s
CL Psychiatry Fellowship Program
as
Program Director . We are seeking an outstanding clinician and educator with leadership experience and/or aspirations in medical education, and a commitment to innovation.The ideal candidate will align the fellowship’s mission, curriculum, and pedagogy with emerging best practices and evidence. They will oversee all aspects of the fellowship, including the clinical and didactic curriculum, competency-based assessment, and advising and mentoring. They will ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will be split between the CL Fellowship Program Director role and clinical work aligned with interest. Applicants should have experience working in an Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) or Graduate Medical Education (GME) setting, and desire to develop as a leader in medical education.
