is seeking a
BC Psychiatrist
to lead Lenox Hill Hospital’s Residency Training Program located in Manhattan, New York. We are looking for applicants with outstanding clinical and managerial skills and at least three (3) years’ experience in psychiatry residency education. The ideal candidate will provide oversight of the program to ensure regulatory compliance with the requirements of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and its Residency Review Committee (RRC), and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Responsibilities include oversight of the candidate recruitment process, management of the program's budget, and review of performance measures and use of staff resources appropriate to the program's needs. The Director will also participate in the institutional graduate medical education committee and provide supervision to fellows, residents, and other trainees caring for patients under the auspices of the department.This key leadership position will work collaboratively with Hospital and Health System leaders to meet and exceed the organization’s clinical, operational, and financial goals.Lenox Hill Hospital
