Division Chief, Hospital Medicine
for
Staten Island University Hospital.
The Division Chief will work with departmental and organizational leadership to facilitate operations and strategic planning at both North and Prince's Bay campuses promoting continuous improvement within our clinical and educational enterprises. Operational leadership experience is preferred.Northwell Health Hospital Medicine is dedicated to these key focus areas: care of high quality and value, excellence in the patient experience and the clinical team-member experience, along with ongoing academic and educational growth.Highlights of the role include:Appropriate balance of administrative and clinical time to facilitate management of both campusesRegular participation and leadership in key hospital and medical staff committeesDevelopment and maintenance of continuous quality improvement programsPresence of large Internal Medicine Residency ProgramClose collaboration with Staten Island University Hospital Medical Director, Department of Medicine Chairperson, and Northwell Enterprise Director for Hospital MedicineAs part of Northwell Health,
