CTO-SOJ33 – IM/KM Integrator – Ops Knowledge Manager, SOCPAC CSP

Job Description:
Summary:
The Unconventional (TU) is seeking a qualified CTO-SOJ33 – IM/KM Integrator – Ops Knowledge Manager to support the United States Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) with intelligence analysis of unclassified and classified information on enemy and partner forces to support planning and operational intelligence requirements to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), Counterterrorism, Counter-Proliferation, Global Near-Peer actors, and SOCPAC Command priorities. Support will be provided to United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in Intelligence Planning/Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE)/Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) to ensure a free and open Indo-Pacific alongside a constellation of like-minded allies and partners, united by mutual security, interests, and values to deter adversary aggression and protect the homeland.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
Defined as a discipline focused on the integration of people and processes enabled by technology throughout the information life cycle to create shared understanding and increase organizational performance and decision-making. It is an enabler for information dominance and operational advantage gained from the ability to collect, control, exploit, and defend information to optimize decision-making and maximize warfighting effects.
Responsible for effectively integrating intelligence data, information records, and knowledge management capabilities to ensure all mission partners have access to relevant information and expertise for achieving decision superiority.
Responsible for data information, records and knowledge management are different, but interconnected elements that are dependent upon one another for effective and efficient operations.
Responsible to facilitate shared understanding, and faster, more effective decision-making and execution.
Responsible for learning and innovation and is focused on the people and processes enabling the commander’s decision cycle.
Responsible for timely, accurate, and relevant information is imperative for planning and conducting integrated air, space, cyberspace, and Joint operations for multi-domain command and control.
Responsible for collaboration, analysis, deliberation, and judgement required to turn raw data into information by implementing the data to decision knowledge model to enable creation and transfer of knowledge at the speed of relevance.
Responsible for implementing the following three components of KM to improve the unit and execute the mission.
People (Leaders, who create, organize, apply, and transfer knowledge).
Processes (Methods of creating, organizing, applying, sharing, and transferring knowledge).
Tools (Digital and non-digital knowledge tools used to put knowledge products and services into organized frameworks).

Must have experience collecting, controlling, exploiting, and defending information to optimize decision-making and maximize warfighting effects.
Must have experience integrating data, information records, and knowledge management capabilities.
Must have experience interconnecting data information, records and knowledge management.
Must have experience facilitating shared understanding, and faster, more effective decision-making and execution.
Must have experience providing learning and innovation focused on people and processes to enable the commander’s decision cycle.
Must have experience providing timely, accurate, and relevant information for planning and conducting integrated air, space, cyberspace, and Joint operations for multi-domain command and control activities and operations.
Must have experience turning raw data into intelligence and making it accessible and understandable to decision makers at the speed of relevance.
Must possess the knowledge and experience of implementing the three components of KM, people, processes, and tools, into unit improvement and mission execution.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience in USSOCOM, SOCPAC, or USINDOPACOM.
Clearance:
Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance
