As part of an early startup, you will be the driving force behind developing the data platform at Enumerix. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape the genomics landscape.
Responsibilities:Be part of an integral team to develop a novel data analysis platform for extracting data from our UltraPCR platform that utilizes groundbreaking 3D imaging techniquesDevelop robust code scripts that are maintainable, scalable, and testable for at a commercial scale, including automated code debugging and software testing.Work closely and collaboratively with biologists to extract information from imaging and derive meaningful biological dataDerive a robust and comprehensible set of metrics to understand sample quality.Effectively document project progress, code descriptions, and analysis details for the scalability of the company and the platform.Communicate technical information and project priorities effectively.
Requirements:PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related fields.3+ years of industry or academic research experience of Image Processing and analyzing complex biological datasets, such as those from flow cytometry, mass spectrometry, single cell genomics, WGS, and other comparable techniques, exemplified by launched products and/or technical publications.Extensive knowledge and proven hands-on experience in writing scripts in MATLAB and one or more of the following programming languages: Python, C#.Extensive knowledge of image and signal processing.Demonstrated capability in generating visualization toolbox and reportsWillingness to create innovative solutions for new problems and challenges.Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to work independently.Catalyst for change with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work 100% on-site, and synergistically with a diverse group of innovative team members to build next-generation solutionsExperience working with remote and external contractors is a plus.Working knowledge with image and signal processing.Knowledge of database management is a plus.
For this position, the base pay range is: $102,000-155,000 per year.
