ROLE DESCRIPTION – Sr. Field Application Scientist, Bay AreaEnumerix Inc. is an emerging life sciences tools and instrumentation company developing advanced digital single molecule solutions based upon the Company's patented UltraPCR technology. Our mission is to disrupt the stagnant digital biology space by providing complete solutions that are easy-to-adopt, overcome current limitations, relevant to drive novel research, and cost-effective within the Life Sciences.Our founding team members are the key inventors of UltraPCR's chemistry and instrumentation. Our team shares a common mission to develop and expand this important technology to the broader research community and support an ecosystem of applications spanning Cell & Gene Therapy, Oncology, MRD, and Infectious Disease. Enumerix’s executive team has a proven record in introducing novel technologies and growing a multi-disciplinary team of R&D scientists, Marketing, and Commercial leaders.At Enumerix, our team has a shared mission in customer enablement built upon a patented and demonstrated UltraPCR technology backed by R&D facilities in Palo Alto, CA. We are seeking team members that have a passion for developing technologies that benefit the Life Sciences research community and advance our understanding of human biology. Such individuals should have a strong interest in digital biology, digital PCR, and foundational customer success.Responsibilities:Train new customers on Enumerix instrumentation and applications, ensure protocol complianceEnable customer success, adoption, and project growth in partnership with local sales executiveWork closely with internal market and product development teams, serve as Voice of Customer to inform on the design and development of on market products and new productsEducate and support external product development collaborators, early access customers, and partners in the evaluation and validation of Enumerix’s planned product offeringsDevelop best practices and infrastructure for customer support: revise training documentation, maintain tracking methods for customer troubleshooting tickets, revise/develop technical presentationsDevelop new customer training materials and literatureClose partnership with account executives for pre-sales technical presentationsTravel up to 50%Qualifications:BS or MS in the Life/Physical Sciences, PhD preferableStrong foundation in molecular biologyExperience or familiarity with digital PCR and current genomics technologiesExperience or familiarity with dPCR assay development and experimental design3-5 years relevant academic or commercial life sciences tools experienceStrong customer focus with ability to troubleshoot molecular biology for a variety of digital biology applicationsEnumerix Inc. provides competitive compensation, health and dental benefits, and 401K retirement planning.
