Responsibilities

Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures and instructional materials to improve the processes for managing classified conference and meeting rooms.Performs scheduling and setup for secure call and video conferences.Assesses, recommends, and supports secure communications upgrades and technology refresh for approximately 300+ end-user devices shared by over 1000+ users.Manages user account creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.Creates and issues Public Key Infrastructure Smart Cards for classified and unclassified networks.Assesses and validates Classified user requirements for new item requests, research and recommend technical solutions.New workstation setup including networked desktop/laptop, printers, scanners, and switches.Maintains and troubleshoots computing and peripheral devices (e.g., keyboard, video, mouse (KVM), multi-function print devices (MFP/MFD), thin clients, secure telephones, video teleconferencing systems, and monitors) for all networks.Manages and updates client support tickets in ServiceNow ITSM environment.Provides Tier 1 and 2 Service Desk support for classified users request for assistance and problem resolution.Provides secure voice, video setup, configuration and troubleshooting to agency users and systems.Installs new or replace secure communication equipment.Maintains and reports ClassNet inventory and change to the O&M service provider’s Asset Management staff, DoS, and others as requested.

Qualifications

Top Secret/SCI Clearance.Associate's degree in Information Technology or 5 years equivalent work experience.Experience in setting up secure phone calls for senior leadership.Ability to set up for classified video teleconference.Experience in video teleconference meeting setup, scheduling and customer assistance.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.Comptia A+ and Security + certifications preferred.Excellent communications skills in person, verbally and in writing.Excellent organizational skills.Must be able to professionally interface with team members and civilians at all levels of the organization.

Pay Range

$100,000-$123,000Benefits
