Nailbiter seeks a senior hands-on research leader to manage clients, mentor junior team members, and deliver impactful, data-driven stories by managing full-cycle projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Shopper Insights, CPG Categories, Retailer Dynamics and Insights, leveraging their extensive quantitative market research experience to drive client decisions and enhance overall client satisfaction. *This is a remote, work from home opportunity, however given the interactions this opportunity will have with clients, there will be occasional travel to the Chicago and New York metropolitan areas. Some travel to our Herndon VA HQ will be required 1-2 times per year.Key Responsibilities
Storytelling:
Convert analysis into client-ready, storytelling reports and presentations with insightful key findings and actionable recommendationsStrategic Consulting:
Partner with top 20 global CPG clients to consult them on their strategic business questions and offer advice to help solve their business challengesLeadership:
Elevate the team through mentorship, training both direct and indirect reports with a visionary approach to succession and career development planningProject Management:
Oversee project execution and prediction including study design, data review, analysis, and reporting. Maintain client relationships throughout the full project life cycle process to drive sustainable partnerships for future client growth and developmentQualifications
A completed bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as social sciences, business, marketing) or market research industry6-8 years market research experience with
2+ years on Shopper InsightsStrong command of quantitative methodologiesHand on experience in crafting client ready reports by translating date into compelling narratives featuring insightful key findings and actionable recommendationsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple short and long-term projects to meet client deadlinesOutstanding verbal and written communication skills including previous client communication and presentation experienceA team player with an ability to work well independently and autonomously with junior to senior level colleaguesSelf-motivated, analytical individual with an attention to detail who thrives in a dynamic, deadline- driven environmentAdvanced proficiency with MS OfficeCompensation and Benefits
