Human Capital Client Leader

The Human Capital Client Leader is a senior level role that serves as the primary business liaison for HR Solutions between Aon and its clients. This role develops an in-depth understanding of the client’s business and the strategies that senior management will deploy to drive desired business outcomes. That understanding is typically derived from meaningful discussions with C-suite contacts and their direct reports. Armed with the strategic business intent, the Human Capital Client Leader partners with the client and other Aon subject matter experts to explore and deliver the best of Aon’s thought leadership, innovation, and services to optimize the client’s human capital strategy in support of its overall business strategy.

At a functional level, the Human Capital Client Leader serves as an integrator ensuring that the various Aon team members are client focused, providing consulting and operational insights based on the client situation and delivering a high-quality product and/or service consistent with the Aon Client Promise and continuous improvement principles.

This role is hybrid based at any of the following Aon offices:

Los Angeles, Houston

What the day will look like:

Run a portfolio of 15-20 Strategic Accounts representing Aon’s HR Solutions.Serve as an executive presence and interact with appropriate like roles at the client, including HR, Finance and other C-Suite and Leadership roles.Lead strategic client planning to drive service excellence and revenue growth.Craft and position innovative solutions to meet client business problems and leverage firm resources appropriately to navigate successful new business opportunities.Leverage Aon team leaders to provide a high level of consistent and responsive service.Communicate the full value delivered by Aon on current and potential HR Solutions.Lead market and client intelligence for assigned clients.Serve to help integrate between other Aon services such as Risk Services.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience leading/selling HR Solutions.Broad content knowledge in HR Solutions consulting and outsourcing lead offers (e.g. Talent and Rewards, Health Care, Retirement and Investment, M&A, Communications).Demonstrates strong account management, negotiation, sales strategy, and sales process skills.Demonstrates confidence and personal impact with internal and external clients.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Master’s degree of Business a plus.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $225,000-$275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
