Account Coordinator

Grapevine is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and energetic self-starter to join the team as an Account Coordinator. The position’s primary responsibilities are to assist with client on-boarding and management. You will provide consultation and training to clients to strengthen their knowledge of our platform, adoption and show them how to maximize their return on investment. This will be achieved by driving ongoing usage of the platform, educating best practices and providing periodic business reviews to ensure optimal client results. Above all else, the Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining working relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:Managing the account relationship, providing regular account updates and gaining a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.Ensure all brand documentation is complete and accurately put into the platform.Managing new client opportunity workflow.Meets weekly and provides communication and feedback with network management team and supervisors across the business to define metrics and determine impact on business results.Acting as a communication liaison between the client and Grapevine Operations team.
Requirements:Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Superior written and verbal communication skills, including especially high degree of phone etiquette.An ability to build lasting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.A drive to increase loyalty and retention through networking and relationship building, primarily via phone.Social media expert.Bachelor's degree preferred.Proficient in Excel. Basic skills required for Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
